BY REGISTERING AT, AND USING WORK-ONLINE.ORG.UK, YOU CERTIFY A) THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD B) IF YOU ARE AGED 18 OR UNDER, YOU HAVE YOUR PARENTS PERMISSION TO REGISTER AND USE THE SITE C) YOU AUTHORIZE US TO MAKE ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL D) THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL PARTS OF THIS TERMS DOCUMENT, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY
In this agreement, "us" "our" "we" "work-online" "site" all mean work-online.org.uk.
The contents of this document may change at any time. Any changes will be effective as soon as the documents are posted on the site, without notice. You are responsible for reading and understanding this document. Continuing to use the site after work-online.org.uk updates any documents, constitutes your full acceptance. Do not use the site if you do not agree in full with any documents on it.
Registration
When you register with the Site, you will be asked to provide us with a username, email, date of birth. You agree to provide us with accurate information, and to keep such information updated at all times.
Passwords and Account Use
You are completely responsible for ensuring your password remains secret. You may not disclose your password to any third party. Each user of the site must only have one account.
Payment Service
We will process all payments made. We are not responsible for delays or cancellation of payment due to you supplying incorrect payment details. Furthermore, we are not responsible for payment cancellation or delay caused by problems with Paypal, your bank account, or for posted cheque payments not reaching you for any reason. Failure to provide the correct payment details may result in the payment being cancelled.
Balance Transfer
You can only transfer your balance in full. You can only transfer your balance once it reaches £10.00 or more.
Restrictions and Limitations
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account, and to delay or cancel the transfer of any available balance in your account. This includes, but is not restricted to, the security of an account being compromised - or a user having access to more then one account.

You may view your account balance online after logging in.
Transaction Errors
If you believe that any payment transaction initiated by us is incorrect, or if you need more information about any such transaction, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Taxes
You fully agree that you are completely responsible for determining any taxes or duties, and for ensuring the relevant authorities are paid in full.
You agree that we are not responsible in any way for: determining if taxes apply, or for collecting, reporting or remitting any taxes arising.
Termination
You can cancel your account with us at any time. By doing so, you agree that any balance in your account will not be paid.
We reserve the right to cancel an account at any time. By not adhering to all points in this agreement and the privacy policy, you agree that if your account is terminated any balance in your account will not be paid.
